In Tribute To Billy Packer

In the formative stages of the New England Basketball Hall Of Fame, founder Dan Doyle reached out to Billy Packer to seek his advice on the project, and invite him to serve as Master of Ceremonies at that first Induction Ceremony. Mr. Packer served as MC at that ceremony and several others, bringing a national flavor to the New England event. His dedication to the game was extraordinary, as was his contribution to helping get the New England Basketball Hall of Fame off the ground.
